UWC DILIJAN

UNITED WORLD COLLEGE DILIJAN

United World College (UWC) Dilijan is an international school in Dilijan, Armenia.

The college is part of the global United World College (UWC) movement. There are currently 16 UWC colleges all over the world.

UWC colleges teach the International Baccalaureate (IB), a two-year internationally recognised academic curriculum. The UWC mission is to make education a force to unite people, nations and cultures for peace and a sustainable future, and UWC students and staff strive to follow the "UWC values," which include "celebration of difference" and "mutual responsibility and respect," amongst others.

UWC Dilijan was opened in Dilijan in 2014 with the aim to have "personal, local and global impact." The college currently hosts students and staff from more than 70 countries, living and working together towards this goal.

It is out of this mission that our team has created the CaucasusConnect project, aiming to make a positive impact in the local region.
